What are Exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells that contain a cargo of powerful tools like growth factors, RNA, and other molecules.
Scientists have found that exosomes play an important role in cell-to-cell communication and can promote tissue repair and regeneration. They appear to stimulate the growth of new blood vessels, nerves, and other cells.
Using exosomes might be safer than using whole stem cells because they don't carry any DNA and are less likely to be rejected by the body.

Is there downtime after an Exosome treatment?
You will likely experience mild redness and feel slightly sensitive in the treated area. This will dissipate over a few hours, but may take longer in some patients.
You may notice a tingling sensation while the cells are being activated.
Pre-Treatment Instructions
- On the day of your treatment, DO NOT use hair dye or have any other hair treatments. Please arrive at your appointment with a clean scalp free of styling products or oils.
- Avoid harsh hair products and chemical treatments for about a week.
Post-Treatment Instructions
- Avoid touching or washing your hair for 24 hours.
- Refrain from using any hair products, especially chemical ones like hair dyes or styling gels, for at least 72 hours.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and strenuous exercises that cause sweating for 48-72 hours to prevent dilution or loss of the treatment.
There are certain conditions where this treatment is not recommended. These include:
- Cancer, including SCC, BCC, and melanoma, systemic cancer, and chemotherapy
- Active skin diseases affecting the scalp (i.e. Porphyria, eczema)
- Active infections or inflammation
- Immunosuppressive therapy
- Allergic to salmon
