Rejuran
A biorevitalisation treatment that improves skin texture.
What is Rejuran?
REJURAN® is an innovative injectable product for dermal rejuvenation made of wild salmon polynucleotide DNA fragments, extracted using proprietary DOTTM technology (DNA Optimising Technology).
Unlike hyaluronic acid skin boosters, REJURAN® consists of bio-active DNA molecules that stimulate regeneration and repair damaged skin while reducing unwanted inflammation.
REJURAN® increases the proliferation of fibroblast cells, promoting long-term elastin and collagen growth in skin. It can be used across the face and helps with many issues, including skin texture, elasticity, hydration, tone and colour, fine lines, oil production, pore size and acne scars.

What are Rejuran Polynucleotides (PN)?
REJURAN Polynucleotides are:
- Slow-degrading DNA fragments derived from wild salmon create a long-lasting benefit in the skin.
- A more concentrated form of PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide or salmon sperm-derived DNA).
- Proven to be the most compatible with human skin without causing any adverse effects. It stimulates the skin’s own reparative and restorative capabilities upon injection.
- Injections that increase rejuvenation by stimulating collagen production from fibroblast cells in the skin’s dermis and epidermis layers.
How does the Rejuran treatment work?
PN molecules rejuvenate your skin and trigger cell growth by targeting the inner layers of the skin. PN can help the skin by providing anti-inflammatory and wound healing mechanisms, which in turn can stimulate fibroblasts inside the skin, making the skin thicker and also producing collagen to make it tighter.
REJURAN can also assist with the skin turnover cycle. Human skin may feel rough instead of smooth due to a lack of exfoliation and the buildup of dead skin cells on the surface. Proper skin turnover facilitates the natural exfoliation process.. Human skin can be rough, not smooth, due to a lack of exfoliation and dead skin cell accumulation on the surface. The natural exfoliation process can happen when there is proper skin turnover.
Every twenty-eight days, approximately, there should be new skin being formed at the bottom of the skin, moving to the top and sloughing off. However, as you get older or if your skin is not as healthy, that process can be longer. So, producing growth factors PN (Polynucleotides) can stimulate this turnover and speed up or recover proper skin turnover to have exfoliation and smooth skin.
