Fine Line & Deep Skin Crease Treatment
An advanced injectable treatment designed to improve the appearance of lines, wrinkles and deeper creases, this approach focuses on areas where the skin is most affected by repetitive movement and structural change over time. Particularly effective for persistent fine lines in high-expression zones, it supports the skin’s structure and elasticity while allowing for smooth integration into the tissue and a sustained revitalising effect.
Through targeted skin-stretching, the treatment helps soften the appearance of etched lines and visible creasing while maintaining natural facial dynamics. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, allowing for subtle, progressive refinement rather than dramatic change. The result is smoother, more polished-looking skin that appears refreshed, balanced, and naturally refined, with both immediate improvement and continued enhancement over time.
Commonly treated areas include:
- Forehead lines
- Perioral lines (around the mouth)
- Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
- Cheeks
- Periorbital area (around the eyes/crow’s feet)
- Neck
- Décolletage
How does it work?
This advanced injectable treatment is designed to enhance the skin’s supportive structure, improving the appearance of lines and creases over time. Using precise micro-injections of a stabilised hyaluronic acid formulation, it works within the skin to support tissue integration, elasticity, and deep hydration in targeted areas while preserving natural movement and expression.
It is particularly effective in regions where lines are more established or remain visible at rest, delivering a progressive refinement effect through a bio-remodelling and skin-stretching action.
This treatment can be administered using several different injection techniques with an ultrafine needle. The technique is tailored by your cosmetic practitioner based on your individual skin condition, the depth and type of lines being treated, and the level of hydration support required.
This combined approach helps to:
- Support the skin structure in areas prone to repetitive movement
- Improve the appearance of defined lines and deeper creases
- Enhance skin resilience in high-expression zones
This approach is particularly effective for areas where lines become more visible at rest.
